Please, do NOT sign up with these guys. they are terrible, terrible! I've never experienced this before in the Netherlands. I have internet problems for over a month, called customer service literally hundreds of times, they could never help "systems are down" is the excuse they use. They send us a new router after 3 weeks, guess what? it's missing a couple of items and it does NOT WORK. again called today, still can't help us. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE GUYS!!!

WORST PROVIDER
